DH Plant (a trading division of Direct Hoist Ltd) is looking for a multi-skilled Plant Fitter/Mechanic
Direct Hoist has now started to branch out into other types of Plant Hire as well as hoists, such as Mini Kubota Diggers & tracked Dumpers, Nifty Lift Cherry pickers, Ifor Williams trailers etc. We are looking for a plant Fitter/Mechanic who doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty.
The role of Plant Fitter/Mechanic
- This role is workshop based except when out delivering/collecting & demonstrating plant, with a van and trailer. The ideal candidate would know how to refurbish plant, so good with a paint brush or spray gun as well, so never a boring moment for the right person.
- Applicants need to be competent in maths and English
- Hold a UK driving license
- Show willingness to learn and are team players
- Show good communication and problems solving skills
